"I wanted a space that made me feel understood — and when I couldn't find it, I built it."

CrySolis was birthed from Christiana's desire to experience a space that made her feel understood and supported through her own personal transformations, while creating room for both her creative and spiritual interests as an African American woman.

While pole fitness was the foundation, personal evolution quickly became the destination. Christiana began to notice that even spaces that catered to women who looked like her often felt surface level, difficult to connect to, or simply missing something.

Thus, CrySolis was brought forth as the final vision — a legacy space for people of color who may have felt alone or without guidance on their wellness journey, but now realize they don't have to be.

Absolutely not— Fleaux Foundations was designed with you in mind. Whether you've never touched a pole or you've dabbled before and want to start fresh, this class meets you exactly where you are. The focus is on body awareness, mindfulness, and building a foundation that feels good — not on tricks or performance. All fitness levels, body types, and backgrounds are welcome.

For pole classes,shorts and a fitted topare recommended — skin contact with the pole helps with grip and is a normal part of the practice. Bare feet or grip socks work well. Bring water, an open mind, and nothing else — we'll take care of the rest. For Sacred Solo or Mommies n Movement sessions, comfortable, breathable workout wear is perfect.

The easiest way to get started is toreach out through our Contact page— just tell us what you're interested in and a little about where you are in your journey. For Fleaux Foundations group classes, you can reserve your spot directly. For Sacred Solo 1:1 sessions, we'll connect first to make sure the session is tailored exactly to your goals. We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

That's one of the most common misconceptions we love to challenge.Pole movement is for every body— every size, every age, every fitness level. At CrySolis, we use pole as a tool for self-connection and embodiment, not performance or appearance. Many of our students have never considered themselves "dancers" before walking through our door. What they find is a practice that builds strength, confidence, and a deeper relationship with themselves. The only requirement is a willingness to show up for yourself.
